These are the official rules and regulations for the 25th Film Independent Spirit Awards. The 25th Spirit Awards will be telecast live on IFC  on Friday, March 5, 2010.
 
The Nominations Manager at (310) 432-1211 can make clarification of rules and regulations. Final interpretation of all rules and regulations and eligibility of submissions shall be made by the Spirit Awards Nominating Committee.
